The tree is up!

Put up the christmas tree the other day. Looks pretty good except for the cluster of lights at the top aren't working. I tried changing the bulbs but still no dice. Oh well. It still looks pretty good. This is its 3rd Christmas with us and its hanging in there despite having 4 cats. Will it survive the feline fury this year? Time will tell.

Levelin' again

Looks like Mcmanis is at it again. Up another level to 64. Only one skill available from the trainer though. Raptor Strike. Usually its like at least a few that you get. Not this time. Still hangin' out in Zangar. Might head over to Terokar for a bit to see what quests have in store for him there.

I have been trying to complete a set of armor that I have been buying on the auction house. Its the Fel Iron Chain set. Right now I have the head, chest and gloves. All I need is the bracers and I cant find them any were. I have been checking the auction house every few hours and nothing. Its not a drop. Its something that blacksmiths make. I even did some shout outs and no one responds. What do I have to do to get this piece of armor. pretty soon, Mcmanis is going to level some more and not even need it. Maybe I will log in now and check to see if its on the AH. I doubt it though.

Dizzy in Zangarmarsh

Thought I would drop a quick post about Mcmanis hitting level 63. Questing in Zangarmarsh and getting close to level 64. Seems to be going pretty smoothly except for the poor fps I have been getting here. Probably due to my laptop cheapness. Kinda depressing. I already have all my video settings turned all the way down. Oh well. You gotta make due with what you have I guess. :(

Another couple a levels

Mcmanis keeps on truckin' through the outlands and has reached level 62 now. Got some new gear courtesy of the auction house as well. I think it may be about time to head to Zangarmarsh to continue his questing adventures.

Epic

Finally got enough gold to get Mcmanis the epic skeletal horse. Purdy sweet eh? It cost a total of 560 gold. Now he can roam the countryside 40 percent faster than the regular horse. Next stop, flying mount at 70. See ya there.

Biopsy

Just got home after getting my thyroid biopsy.  Not too pleasant an experience to say the least.  I thought that it would be only one needle in and out.  No!  They stabbed me 6 times in all.  That's not including the 3 shots of the local anesthetic they gave me too.  The whole process went pretty quick.  Around 10 minutes.  But I don't think I would want to go through that again.

Sick

Not feeling too good today. I think I am sick although I am in denial. Hopefully it will pass quickly. I must have blown my nose a hundred times today. My nose won't stop running and I keep sneezing. Ahh, who am I kidding. I'm sick. :(
