March winds in September

It is really windy today and I am not liking it one bit. Its pretty cold too. But its probaly the wind making it worse. This is the start of a cold season. Seems like just yesterday that I was complaining about how hot and humid it has been. Here we go. Hopefully I will be able to handle the frigid weather.

Autumn; It's official

The weather has been getting gradually cooler in the past few weeks. Rain is coming down and leaves are falling. Yup. Its fall alright. The calm before the storm. Brace for winter. That's what everyone keeps telling me. Ok already. I get it. Its going to get freakin cold here. I don't think it will be as bad as everyone says. We will just have to wait and see. I will come back to this subject in the thick of it. Then I will decide wether or not to take my foot out of my mouth.

Long time, No level

Got Samis up to level 52 this evening. Doing some quests in Un Goro crater. Just a few more levels till outlands time.

Mall of America

Wow. This place is huge. Here we are in the twin cities at mall of america. This is the first time I have been to Minnesota. Pretty cool place.

Closing

Finally closed on the house today. It has been a long time coming but it is finally done. Glad that we can finally call it our own.

Labor day weekend

Starting the 3 day weekend now and pretty happy about it. Got a bunch of work to do around the house though. At least I got the mowing out of the way. Just got a lot of unpacking to do still. That's always the fun part.

Fall is almost here

Here we are in September already. Thought I would post a quick blog for the month so I don't forget. Not sure when I will get around to the next one. Anyways. Things are good so far in Iowa. Still settling in and unpacking. Gonna take a while till we are done.
